USER AGREEMENT
Terms and Conditions of the Service
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The service for publishing information related to the provision of Services is carried out online through the Kremlin.club website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
1.2. By registering on the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and this User Agreement.
1.3. The information, content, and materials published on our website are managed under the “Kremlin.club” trademark (including references to “we,” “our,” and “us”) and are intended for commercial and personal use by each User (legal entities, agencies, and individuals) for the purpose of obtaining Services through the Kremlin Auto Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
By accepting this Agreement, the User agrees to the following:
2.1. The User understands that the Service is a tool whose purpose is solely to assist consumers by providing relevant information for the subsequent provision of Services.
For Users wishing to obtain Services:
2.2. Through the Kremlin.club Service, we provide access to registration, creation of a Personal Account, and the ability to add information, photographs, videos, and descriptions of the Services offered.
2.3. Through the Kremlin Auto Service, the User creates a Personal Account where all Services are described and offered for review and ordering.
2.4. When ordering a Service through the Kremlin.club website, you enter into a direct and legally binding contractual relationship with the person or entity providing the Service.
2.5. From the moment a Service is ordered from a provider listed on the Service, the Service acts solely as a Partner, facilitating the processing of an individual order for the person ordering the Service.
3. TERMS OF USE
3.1. The Service does not verify the legal capacity of Users and does not verify the accuracy of information published regarding any Service.
3.2. However, the Service assumes that information providers supply accurate information and keep such information up to date.
3.3. Individuals and legal entities publishing information on the Kremlin Auto Service bear full responsibility for the content, maintenance, and updating of information displayed on the Service.
3.4. Although we take all necessary measures to keep information up to date, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, objectivity, or reliability of all information and cannot be held liable for any errors (including obvious or typographical errors) or delays caused by equipment failures, repairs, upgrades, maintenance, or preventive servicing of the Service.
3.5. The Service is not able and shall under no circumstances make changes, additions, or updates to any information or accounts presented to Users through the Service.
3.6. Full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided rests solely with the individual or legal entity that published such information on the Service.
3.7.1. All information provided through Kremlin Auto is intended for use by clients registered on our website and is offered for commercial purposes. Such information may not be copied, sold, or used by third parties.
3.7.2. Commercial use, resale to third parties, and publication of any materials without the written permission of the Service Administration are prohibited.
3.8. The User acknowledges that the Service may impose limitations on the use of its Services.
3.9. The Service shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, failures, or untimely provision of Services through the Kremlin Auto website.
3.10. The User acknowledges that the Service may modify its rules and introduce restrictions at any time, with or without prior notice.
3.11. The operation of the Service may be disrupted by force majeure events or other circumstances beyond the control of Kremlin Auto.
3.12. The Service shall not be responsible for the compatibility of its Services with the User’s data, software, system configurations, or other hardware resources.
3.13. The Service reserves the right at any time to improve or modify its Services and to make changes to the design and informational content of the Service.
3.14. Users may submit suggestions, requested changes, or proposals regarding the provision of Services by email to the Service Administration.
3.15. A User who is dissatisfied with the rules, terms, or practices of the Service may contact the online support operator or submit a request by email to the Support Service.
3.16. Requests are reviewed within no more than three hours.
3.17. A User who does not agree with the terms of this User Agreement is not entitled to use the Services provided by the Service.
4. SERVICES AND FEES
4.1. All information for individuals and entities interested in registering and publishing Services on the Kremlin Auto Service is provided free of charge.
4.2. The Kremlin Auto Service is an original intellectual development and is not a copy of any other software.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
5.1. The Kremlin Auto Service takes all necessary measures to protect information.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. All information published on the Service, including content, design, software, and logos, belongs to Kremlin Auto.
6.2. Kremlin Auto holds the exclusive rights to own, use, and manage its intellectual property, including its infrastructure.
Third parties are prohibited from copying, publishing, advertising, or otherwise using our brand or information without our prior written permission.
6.3. Unauthorized use of the logo, company name, content, information, or links constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights.
